Shipping Information
Goods are dispatched using Royal Mail services, or reputable couriers and logistics carriers.
The cost of carriage is calculated automatically by the website, and prices are based on the size and weight of the consignment - established from the quantity and type of goods you have purchased.
The website may offer a range of postal / carriage options - again depending on your delivery address, and the nature of the consignment.
PLEASE NOTE that many of our products are not "ex-stock" and may require manufacturing. This may add to the time between when you place your order, and when we dispatch it to you.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order by CONTACTING US.
Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once we begin production of an object.
Returns and Refunds
To RETURN your order, YOU MUST CONTACT US first.
If the item(s) are eligible for return, we will inform you of the returns procedure.
Items are returned at the customer's expense, and must be sent in secure packaging, via a reputable carrier, where delivery is recorded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being back in our possession.
Damaged items that are returned to us are not eligible for refunds.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policies.
